A visit to Dr. Palmer's office is like none other I have ever experienced in my 67 years. The doctor, staff, and the atmosphere are all very relaxing. I don't find myself all keyed up and nervous and ready to scream. I am terrified of dentists in general and this is the first time in my life I have ever trusted a dentist. I have fainted several times in the dentist chair in the past, and been so stressed it made me sick. I put off going to the dentist knowing my teeth were rotting in my head, but the terror of going to a dentist was much, much, worse. I am very thankful to have finally found someone I trust, I never thought it would happen. You are all a blessing.

I have been so afraid of dentist for so many years, that I virtually let my teeth rot in my head rather than go to a dentist. I have even fainted in the dentist chair from sheer fright. Your office is delightful, from your soothing music to the shaded front office overlooking beautiful green trees. Carla is a delight, very cheerful and upbeat, and your dental assistant is gentle and very good at her job. When I met Dr. Palmer I felt as if I had met someone who finally understood and even more cared about me and my feelings. I know I am a fright and I have felt so bad about myself for so long I don't even like me, but I have hope that with his magic, I might even find the Lois I left behind. The days are looking brighter and I trust everyone at your office. Thank you so much for touching everyone with so much kindness and gentleness.
